I Nuovi Reviews: Ivoluxe Lipstick + Metallogy Dipliner + Pro Lash

One last post before I retire for my exam paper tomorrow and the weekend. My experience with I Nuovi cosmetics has been an awesome one thus far. I hope my reviews have helped you to learn more about I Nuovi and give you the confidence to try their products even though you're not familiar with the brand. I barely knew I Nuovi and now I can't get enough! Remember, their 40% storewide sale at the Sunway Pyramid standalone store is until 1st of May 2009. Ivoluxe Lipstick is one of them watershine lipsticks that gives a glossy effect. It's highly moisturizing and contains Evening Primrose Oil (great for women! :D), Squalane and Sweet Almond Oil. You can see how moisturizing it is from the picture. It feels like a non-sticky gloss. The packaging is sturdy but not really all that attractive. I mean, it looks very common although the plastic is good quality. I just think that it could look cooler.

The color Flirt is pretty sheer. I haven't swatched the other colors yet but I'm sure they're not as sheer as this one. It's a mauvey pink shade with tiny silver glitters which doesn't feel gritty and doesn't look super glittery on the lips.

Comes in 40 shades and retails at RM55

Metallogy Dipliner is a metallic liquid liner which is packed with glitter. I've never been a fan of glitter eyeliners because I either find the glitters too chunky or too sparse but this one has the glitters evenly distributed. Black Magic's black is not very intense so I prefer to use a black gel liner underneath before layering on the liquid liner. The short wand and thin brush is easy to work with to create a precise line.

No kidding about this being smudge proof! On the eyes, it didn't budge at all and on my hand, it only faded a little even with all the washing.

I think it comes in 3 shades (the blue's pretty!). Retails at RM65

Moving on to one of my favorite I Nuovi products -- the faux lashes. I got the Pro Lash EX 03 which is a very unique set of lashes and I Nuovi's bestseller. Each pair of lashes come with a tiny tube of glue and you do not want to throw it out! I know most lashes come with cheapo glue but this glue is very good. I even like it better than my DON Lash Adhesive from Sasa. They don't currently sell the glue individually but they're working on packaging the glue for retail. Can't wait! It goes on white and dries clear. The texture is already slightly creamy when squeezed out so it gets tacky faster. It dries into a sort of clear rubber that helps create a strong adhesive without sacrificing your natural lashes during removal.

I LOVE THESE LASHES! They look so fluttery! These are also the easiest lashes I've ever used. I'm not an expert at applying false lashes but with these, I'm as if a pro. The bendy lash spine just molds onto the curve of the eye and doesn't flick out at the ends. I highly highly recommend I Nuovi lashes if you're a beginner at applying flase lashes. Of course, they have more natural looking ones too. I just like the drama ;)

They're RM20 for the natural ones and RM30 for the dramatic ones.
