Halloween Contest Idea?

So... I was thinking of a Halloween themed contest. I haven't decided on the mechanics and prizes yet. There should be a makeup contest but not so much judging by skill and full-fledged costume rather it's to see if you're able to capture the character in your makeup. Although, getting creative with props would be a huge plus. For those who are not too comfortable showing their face or makeup can still enter by submitting a scary short story whether it's fictional or based on real life incidences. Most probably there'll be two winners; one for each category... You may participate in both categories to increase your chances of winning but you will only win one prize. Opened to ALL readers; local and international.
