Tutorial: Revlon Matte Look

As a sequel to my previous Revlon Matte Collection reviews, here's a tutorial using the featured products. One of my favorite combination is pairing blue with brown on the eyes while keeping the rest of the face pretty much neutral.

Not much of an introduction so here's to hoping that you'll find this tutorial useful.

Items Used:

Face:
Monistat Chafing Gel (Primer)
Revlon Age Defying Makeup in Golden Beige
Revlon Spa Concealer in Medium
RMK Face Powder
Revlon Matte Blush in Perfectly Peach

Eyes:
elf Mineral Eyeshadow Primer
MAC Paint Pot in Rollickin'
Revlon Matte Eye Shadow in Venetian Blue and Rivera Blue
MAC Eyeshadow in Ricepaper
I Nuovi D27 Eyeshadow in Spellbound
Urban Decay Ink For Eyes in Binge
Maybelline Cat Eyes Mascara
Daiso Auto Eyebrow Pencil

Lips:
Revlon Matte Lipstick in Mauve It Over

Begin by prepping lids with eyeshadow primer. Apply teal cream eyeshadow up to the crease using finger. Sweep teal eyeshadow over the cream eyeshadow base with an eyeshadow brush. Starting from the outer corner and bringing it into the crease, apply deep bronze eyeshadow with a crease brush. Blend any harsh lines with the previously used eyeshadow brush

Using a small brush, apply dark blue eyeshadow along the lower lash line. Place highlight color underneath the brow with a dense highlight brush. Line the upper lash line with dark blue eyeliner. Complete eye makeup with mascara and fill in brows

Not too overwhelming for daytime...

Keep the cheeks and lips neutral :) Yeah, I was having a bad skin day. My skin's a lot better now though! *knocks on wood*
