I won't usually wear such huge wings when I go out though<BR/><BR/>Anonymous: Thanks *blushes* I'm still not very confident with it yet which is why I use the pencil first to outline the wing. Lining takes practice!<BR/><BR/>Having a really good base helps the pigment to "stick". Sometimes I'd use an additional stickier base like Paint Pot, cream eyeshadows or even wet pigment to create the base first before I put the dry pigment over it. Using a dense brush instead of a fluffy one also helps to pack on the colors better. Pat instead of sweep to prevent fallouts.<BR/><BR/>HSG: Thanks!
